Use VLC Media Player, and use the 'jump to' specific time feature. And wait for the jump to occur (it can take up to 30 seconds if you are jumping 2 hours ahead in the game). This is flash video so it's not as easy to jump around in the game as .avi files. BTW I've had VLC Media Player lock up on me if I use the slider on the bottom. Be sure to use the menu option to jump to a specific time and enter a time. And be patient! These .flv files were meant to be streamed so there are usability issues when trying to view them this way.
